I get a kick about making pieces that do non-essential things the hard way.
This was a section of useless and non-needed apparatus originally installed within a larger overly complicated and ridiculous piece that no longer lives.
This unit took a gross movement input and converted it into electrical contacts. Note: the original gross movement that provided operation of this pulley system also wasn't needed. This module gave two full steps of unnecessary complexity.
