Mecca Design Inc. commissioned jeff 2.0 to create the electronics for a solar piano.
They built the actual piano wooden shell.
The unit consists of a Yamaha P95 electronic keyboard with a solar panel charging a large battery and an automotive amplifier with high end audio speakers. The unit has a relay cutover to allow 120vac auxiliary charging at night. The solar system has safety features to prevent overcharging as well as back charging protection for times of darkness.
